Goodwill Retail Rebrand
Retail Store Design - Interior & Exterior Graphics
During my time with Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana (GCSI), leadership decided to update the branding of the retail stores. The GCSI retail logo was changing from the "Hanger logo" to the more brand consistent "Smiling G" logo, which is widely used throughout the country.

I was tasked with updating the signage and graphics of the retail stores, pairing the rollout of the new brand mark with a new visual design. The rebranded stores are brighter and more energizing, utilizing a revised paint scheme, vibrant colors, and modernized retail and mission graphics to refresh the customer experience.

Retail Wall Graphics
A set of seven graphics, featuring icons of items that are commonly found in Goodwill retail stores. Each graphic features a background texture that corresponds to its icon.

Mission Wall Graphics
Each retail store has four mission wall graphics. These graphics tell the stories of individuals who have been supported by Goodwill's mission services. The graphics are designed so that they can be easily removed and installed. This allows the graphics to be changed throughout the year, allowing Goodwill to tell more mission stories.

Slat Walls
Wooden slat walls are used to break up the wall graphics and to add some natural warmth to the store interiors.

Donation Drive Graphics
Many donors never enter the store, preferring to use the donation drive through. The donation drive graphics help show donors that their donations make a difference in the lives of real people.
